People do like the water, but more and more don't like boats.
Numerous condo/marinas have constant battles between condo dwellers and boaters.Pat had Buddy Boy up in Admirals Cove behind a friend of ours house waiting for Jim to pickup.
Friday I went up to tweak something and asked Pat to warm up the engines before I arrived.
Aparently two guys next door complained is smelled with the engines running. We laughed about it and threatend to bring Timmy's dump truck boat around and really smoke em out.
The Bluffs condo/marina has restrictions on running your engines at the dock. I have been told more than once to shut engines down I'm trying to work on.
I think the marine industries association is working on some protective legislation.
Riviera Beach up until the early 80's was a nice place. After my mom kicked my Dad out, he moved down in the 70's to retire. I 80' I had a nice store front on broadway just south of 13th next to jays awning.
Big plate glass window. I moved out late 80's after having to replace it from drunks, prostitutes and other various locals fell into it one to many times.Maybe Singer Island went republican, but not the mainland side.
