It's very bad or very good over here also depending on how you look at it. Ft. Myers Yacht closed for higher and better use 3 32 story riverfront condos are being built there in downtown in addition to the 4 current high rises that are already under construction. They moved accross the river but shallower water so the real big boats will have trouble getting in. Marinas are being bought up in hopes of rezoning for higher and better use all over . Sad, just means marinas are getting squeezed out. The starting homewner is just about priced out of the market over here. Mean price now 200K plus. I'm just glad I bought when I did.

I ripped all battery cables out of the Can Do It. Re doing it, new switches etc to accomodate the aux 8D for the inverter.Hang in there Bruce. They're going to replace me with a computer (Eliminating all video tape)soon. So life's a constant battle. Dave K
