I actually stopped by each of y'all's resort properties on Saturday. Tom's in the morning, and Mike's around 6:00 p.m.

Ran the boat down on Saturday. Uneventful trip except that the boat ran as well as it ever has, probably because I have pulled a ton of extraneous junk out of it. Only problem was the Loran which I think may now be officially dead.

After the trip, stopped by a showed the wife the Black Sheep from the top of the stairs.

Still have a bunch of misc. parts to buy and a ton of questions on completing this deal. The good news is the process has now officially begun.
