Loss of more boat yards and slips

E&H and the ways have been sold for redevelopment.
So has Buccaneer.Seminole has always been known to be waiting for the right offer to come around.
Spen, Rybo is going to turn the north end of the yard into condos thanks to Wayne H. When the residents move in, I'm sure they will not tolerate the yard for long.South Forida Yachts is looking for a new home and the land owner, Riviera yacht center, AKA John S is going to develope the land.
The only saving grace to this is that the Riviera Beach city counsel in my 25 years of being here can not agree on anything. Inept is an understatment. So until they can get rid of the locals and clear the way for redevelopment, nobody in their right mind is going to buy a waterfront condo here.
The state is going to have to buy existing marinas and boat yards or grant hugh tax incentives and epa relief to current yards if they are to survive the building boom in our area.
