Call Garmin directly. Ask to talk to a tech guy in service. If you get a recording and/or the promise of a callback and you don't get one within an hour, buy someone elses. I've had good luck with Raymarine and Furuno. Northstar doesn't give out an 800 number so it's at your expense (waiting on hold included), Teleflex doesn't ever call back, neither does Magellan. It's my test as to whether I'll buy anyone's product any more. Walter
