I just installed a set from High Tide Marine in Marathon, FL, 305-743-0269 on my 79fbc. They are stainless steel and look great. The mounting holes are an almost perfect match for the factory originals. Web address is www.hightidemarine.net. They had the items in stock and the service was fast.
