I think the deadrise on the 31 Tiara (post-92) is close to that of the 30 Moppie. Never been on the 30 Bert, but I've spent a fair amount of time on an '04 31 Tiara. It did great in really rough water (last day of the WMO the sea-buoys were marking 7.9s at about 6 secs--long day), and while it has prop pockets, it handles great when docking as well as otherwise. Fit and finish on the Tiara seems to be top-shelf. Not a real fishboat in layout, but a great family/fishboat.
