First you find a 45 degree hill and run the truck up sides ways till it rolls over on the roof exposing the work area.
Next take a cutting torch and slice exhaust pipe right before the muffler and cat convertor.
Cut two holes in the cab floor 2.5 inches.
Weld two, two inch 90's on to the pipes up through the cab floor with a couple of 3 inch straight extensions.
Be very careful while welding around the fuel lines. Keep a fire extinguisher handy.
Next have your buddy ram the side of your truck a couple of times till it rights itself.
Then get in the cab and roll up all the windows.
Start and run the engine to hear that real nice mellow sound that only a custom exhaust can produce.
While sitting there enjoying the fruits of your labor, take numerous deep breaths to celebrate the joys of being your own mechanic and appreciating a job well done......
God its gonna be a long year....................
