A 600hp will work less than the 380. In fact if its set up properly, you can probably achieve cruise speed at just about idle. With those fuel savings you could almost cruise around the world non stop in the 31.

To take it a step farther, if you used Timmy's dump truck engines, they would burn their own crankcase oil to run, thus no fuel would be used at all.
Just fill the fuel tank with old engine oil and keep refilling the crankcase.

The only thing to run more efficent would be to errect a mast and sail just forward of the bridge.
