Painting Question

Up here in the frozen tundra our window of oportunity is breif indeed. Question for the experts. My engine room is ready to paint, I am going to use Awlgrip 545 and topcoat. Should I try to do it when we get a temp window above 50 or wait until spring when prolonged warm weather arrives? Bottom line, is it to risky to try to paint during this type of weather?
