Mike,

Open each individual html page in textpad & delete the entire header code. Copy and paste the entire header code from the link below. Click "save" and upload the changed page(s).

After the main index page, you may want to change the "Title" around a bit to associate with that individual page...

Since you're using MS FrontPage as your editor, it may try to re-change the header code each time you modify a page using it. You may have to manually reinstitute the code through textpad.
