Clearing my head is right. Livin in a remote area for a week makes me realize just what you need to live and all the rest of the crap you think you need to live.
Best of all Shirley loves the place also.
There is something to be said for a simple life.

After studying the tracks, I realized it was one cat. Paw size was between a deer cat and a lynx.
After the first two nights, it never came back. I guess it was checkin the new people out for food.
Closest cabin is about 1/2 mile away so its pretty secluded. Terrain is fairly steep for deer to be around. They are farther down in the hollows at the base of the road up to here.

Yesterday morning was sitting out drinkin coffee listening to someone about two miles away with a pack of hounds coon huntin. Noise travels far in thin cool air. Them hounds went nuts when they treed a few coons. A couple of shotgun blasts and that was it. Dinner was on.

Be back on Wednesday and naturaly need time to wind down. I predict a bike ride or two.
The s**t will hit the fan soon enough.
