It depends on whats wrong with it.
Common problems are power supply and cooling unit.
Measure for 22 to 26 vac at the compressor connections. If you have voltage, the power supply, thermo, and temp sensors are okay and the compressor is out. This requires replacing the cooling unit. It comes complete already charged. The only way you can buy them.
If its real old, some parts are not replaceable or the replacement size has changed like Mike has said.
