'fridge quit

I went down to my B31 to check the bilge after the rains and decided after such hard work I needed a cold beer. Problem was it was semi-warm beer. I guess my Norcold 'fridge onboard is not keeping things cold but it is still running. Are they worth fixing? Is there a better 'fridge brand? Has anyone else run into Norcold problems? I think it might be the original on my 1977 because I can't find any records from the previous owner about it.
