As usual the Faithful have given good advice. I'd make sure to read the article Tommy pointed out. I found it most helpful.

I repowered last year.
I had 260 Yanmars installed. Walter's consumption numbers are on the money. Other contributors have repowered with the Yanmar 240s and 315s. Everyone is happy.
