Called 3 Way Switching...

Follow the link below for a diagram & brief discussion of the setup. The diagram is DC, but will be the same for AC. Your hot wire, (black), will run to the first switch & the netural wire, (white), will run to one side of your light.

You might only be able to run a single on/off/dimmer in the circuit, but won't hurt to try using two...
