Original Steering/Autopilot ?

I have a '73 Bahia Mar. Trying to decide on an appropriate autopilot system. Have been favoring the Raymarine ST6001 series. Raymarine determines which unit is best by the hydraulic cylinder capacity. Problem is, there are no part numbers or any information I can find on my cylinder. Anyone have an idea as to which system these boats were originally fitted with? I do know the system is hynautic based on the resevoir. Any help would be appreciated. Stan
