You have a nasty problem. If the boat did indeed bow in the mid-section, the damage is likely not isolated to the stringers. The hull also flexed, possibly cracking the fiberglass hull and the resin within. You MUST have the most experienced/trusted yard inspect it. My guess is that the problem will extend well beyond the stringers.
