Yanmar exhaust.

I am in the process of installing my new 4cyl Yanmars.Anybody have any input on the best way to run the exhaust over the transmission to the outboard side of the boat on the starboard motor I replace the shafts with 90"shafts to put the motor more forward to clear the deck/engine box hinge.
