Plywood vs Ridged Fiberglass Sheet

I'm working on my 20' Bahia Mar and have the cockpit decking / foam / and 2 stringers all out. Starting with a blank page so to speek. Woundering if 3/8" ridged fiberglass sheet would be better then 3/4" plywood for stringers and supports. I would also use 3/8" ridged fiberglass for the decking. This would all be glassed together and foam filled. What are your thought on this? One thing to know is that material weight in fiberglass would be around 500 lbs.. I would like to know what a 4' x 8' sheet of 3/4" plywood weights. The 3/8" fiberglass 4' x 8' is around 100 lbs.. Thanks for your input. Jim
