There are a couple of different 100 amp connectors available. You would have to know which type he has to do an adapter down to 110 30a.
Being a residence, the chances of it being 440v or 3 phase is slim especially with a yacht in the 110' range.
There may or may not be a 110v recepticle on the dock. I have run into many occasions where the service to a dock did not include and 110 service.
It requires running a seperate line source for the 110.
If there is a 115/15a outlet, an adapter can be used easy to 30a. I have a 3 or 4 laying around and your welcome to one of them.
One caviat. If the outlet is ground faulted, which most all codes provide for, it may trip when hooking up the boat.
Depending on the ac devices you have, there might be enough leakage current to make the outlet trip.
If so, replace with a standard outlet.
