I had my bottom sand blasted last year for $460. It did hit the gelcoat some but I re-epoxied the whole hull where needed anyway. Lotta sanding lotta work, wish I could've afforded to pay someone. I used the Interlux 3000 for the first coat cause it kicks at lower temp, and I think you can wait longer in between.1st and 2nd coats. Used the best Ablative paint, I think CPC. Moved jacks and blocks a couple times to get everything. Well worth all the effort, took the boat out a couple weeks ago to replace Zincs and the bottom still looked like it was just painted.
