Figure this one out
Had my boat pulled August 1 to have some work done,ask the owner of the yard what he charges for short term storage. He said he divides the winter rate by 6 (775 :6= about 130 a month)plus a haul out and blocking fee 8x31=248. OK. The work took longer to get done then we figured,I asked what it would be if I left the boat here till next season(April 15 2005)He said $1375,that was $600 for August 1 to oct. 15 plus $775 for winter storage(thought is was a little high)anyway got the boat back in the water Oct 5 now I get a bill for $925 for 9 weeks of storage??????? wrote the check, then got to thinking I was getting F----- over so I stoped payment. He's Lawyer called and I agreed to pay $600 He said no? UV got another one for you if you got time to spare. (just kidding) don't think I can loose this one and I'm not a lawyer
