I alwasy thought the president had this option. This is also the reaso I love my "old" Raynav398.
Push a button and it will switch between GPS or Loran,whichever you choose. As a matter of fact, I have 2 of them and 1 needs to go in for service, but heck, for $75 on Ebay, this practically becomes a disposable unit.
