input on Austrailian Carribean28/Bertram Layout

I am enclosing a link of the single station Aussie version of the 28 B--I am planning my cabin redo and I am thinking that this cabin layout is more functional than a 28 B and would look great with some teak and holley flooring and windows like Buddy Boy's. There are some challenges in this layout--but also projects I need to do--moving Electrical panel--wiring etc. Any thoughts on the Carribean layout.
