Yep that's just what they tried to do, but I promise it will not stand. More I think about it the more pissed I get. Now that I got some time on my hands, crap like this bothers me more. Maybe I just need a good dogfight now and then for sport, after all, I'm nothing more than a human torpedo for hire for the last 36 years. The sad part is how many old folks they do this to every day chasing a crooked buck? And the victims can't afford to go hire a lawyer to call their crooked bluff, or are just scared to make their names public. BS, right is right and wrong is wrong. Update on the UV assault is there are certain banking regulatory agencies looking into this as we speak. I did not get Miss Eddy's money by close of business today, but have postponed suing the HERNIA BANK at the request of banking regulators. I did draft the lawsuit, and it only took me 4 minutes vs. the predicted 8.
