Roland,
The 31 you saw up by GMH is probably the one belonging to the Panglinian family., After thinging about it a bit I remembered that it was not Rick that got the boat, he was Greg's (the record holder) nephew, Greg's son Greg got the boat and the house was almost next door to GMH. Greg (Record holder) always said he knew in the morning if the water was good enough to go out in because there was a cave in the base of the cliff below the house and big waves would cause a reverberation that shook the sliding glass doors. If that was happening he would call everyone up and cancel the trip! We lived in upper Tumon for a while, and it was not quite what we wanted. We ended up with a place just past Sinajana, go throught Agana toward the other side of the island and you went past the first high hill where the Ace Hardware was and the turn off to upper Tumon. Down the hill at the bottom there is a right turn toward the small river. We lived in one half of a duples there, I was growning 16 differnt kinds of peppers in that great soil. If you want to contact John Eads his e-mail is (maybe was?)john@luckystrikeguam.com Have a blast while you are there, the people are great!
George
