Shipping Company

Just heard from Alex Whitaker that my deck and motor box system is complete and ready for crating and shipping. The only problem is that they tell me that it will cost appox. $1,900 to ship everything from CA to NY. It will be packed in two large crates and will weigh about 1,600 lbs. Does this price sound way off? Does anyone know any shipping companies that might do this cheaper? Thanks.
