Can't say for sure, but I suspect that the variables at that point of the bow are pretty close between the two. The V might have to be closed in or opened out a touch. The plates are 1/4" 316L SS, so that wouldn't be hard...
The key visual element is how I tailored the shape to the early '60s chine line. Maybe I can find a B28 on the hill and check it out.
I told Robert that several folks were interested, & for him to think on it, as to whether or not he wanted to take on another custom item, and get back to me.
With the first set of rudders he made for me, his comment was: "You know that these are a finite item, and you probably aren't going to get more than a few orders at best..." YRS, 4 years later and over 200 sets between the B31 & B28.
Now he slows up a bit when I ask if he wants to do another product...
I'll let you know what he says.
