Cabin door

Well, the boat is coming out today...already thinking of winter projects one small problem I have that drives me nuts is the door catch, I have tried reinforcing the back bulk head but there is still movement in the flybridge (racks side to side) and it tares up the door catch, breaks screws and cracks the teak that its mounted to. Any suggestions?
