31 FBC For Sale

I was in Freeport Long Island last Sunday. I saw a 31 FBC (blue hull) for sale.
I believe the boat is named the "Kathleen" or "Kathy III".
It is located in John Vidas' boat yard on Guy Lombardo Avenue south of Sea Isle sports.
I have no further info on it but can check.
