A/C FYI on CPL 970's

We have the old style boxy welded afetercoolers on our boat and just purchased some new ones from Tony Athens out here on the Best coast. Engines are the dreaded CPL 970's but ours are running great with 1700 hours or so on them. As some of you may know the older a/c are prone to failure and its not ever good to force water in with the air to the cylinder heads. So we bit the bullet and will replace them this weekend. Looks pretty simple but am betting its an all day affair. Anyone else done this?
