Parrot fish usually have two pronounced front teeth with which they break off and eat coral. The shape of which earns the fish it's name. Doc, Cudas get eaten by many in the Caribbean. Cubans used to throw a slice of Cuda flesh on the ground. If the ants ate it, it was ok, if they didn't it wasn't. Seems there are times of the year when their flesh can carry the dreaded Citugera(?) disease. Walter
