Capt Dana,

Only the Cabrera V-berth section was fiberglass, all else was done in plywood laminated with Pionite, the entire interior was shot in semi-gloss Imron to be the same color as the exterior topsides...

There was a BB discussion on the 1/4 round door to the head, but I haven't had the opportunity to design and post an article devoted to it. The two images that exist on the web are linked below.
