Capt. Dave - the Oysters Mosca are the best deal I've ever eaten. The etouffee' is real good, the jambalaya is real good, my shrimp and/or oyster saute' is real good, but the Oysters Mosca has them all topped. I'll bring some to FLL next year and we'll heat them up in Ric's microwave. Like Doc says, we need to do more cooking at FLL next year, everyone bring something - there is a coonass lady around here that mekes some of the best little hot tamales you ever ate - small ones, about the size of a cat turd.
