John, I keep meanign to call you, and keep forgetting. I saw the pilings going up for your house, good deal. My wife and I actually looked at a ouse for sale across the street from you, but decided I didn't think I could live so close to other people (60 x 100 lot). I almost called you about renting your slip, - the property owner's association in my raggedy ass subdivision doesn't want me to charter out of there. May be a lawsuit in there somewhere, as they only enforce the restrictions selectively.

I'll be watching the progress on the house, keep in touch.
