Thanks - I used some charcoal lighter followed by Dawn and it got it off. Gulf charcoal lighter does not leave a stink on your hands like paint thinner, but same stuff, just scented varsol. Heading out to the Bride's study group Christmas party, with dark suit and Santa tie on. Hope they have hi-dollar whiskey. Know the chow will be first class as the girls try to outdo themselves. Know there will be the famous River Road crabmeat dip, a couple of bbq briskets, and my Bride is taking some crawfish etoufee'.

I'll post up the recipe' for crawfish and/or shrimp etoufee' tomorrow. As usual, first you make a roux . . .
