Winter projects

I thought I would share some info about where to get good buys and talk to somebody that knows their products rather than a parts store counterman. Not that they can't help you out but I like to talk to the guy that owns the shop.

We all know:

Lenco(631 842-4049) for heat exchangers and oil/tranny coolers, ask for Marty. They ship the U.S.

Marine Manifolds(631 694-0714), ask for Paul. Risers,mufflers, any thing exhaust. They have stock items for all gas and diesels and do custom work like copper or stainless steel. They ship the U.S.

Engine House(631 847-3700), ask for Maria. Remanufactuered marine gas or diesel.Ask her how they do an engine. It's first class.

M&G Turbo(631 752-1255), ask for Turbo Mike. Gas or diesel turbos. They ship the U.S.
