Lil Bert has not made it to the yard yet. I pick up the engines next week, have ordered the trannies, and currently am in the process of striping the boat down. Hope to drop it off this weekend or next week for the project to begin in earnest.

I have a deal with Paul B. to do the boat. He did a pretty decent job on Reel Cowboy and a few other boats I know. The out of the water work will be done over at Noe's.

Interesting discovery last weekend, while making some measurements, I noticed that the the flange bolts on one of the shafts (not the one I was working on over the Summer) had all backed out. I had about two threads holding each of the nuts on the four bolts and at least 3/8th of an inch separation between the shaft flange and the tranny flange. No unusual vibration that I noticed the last time I ran it. Obviously, this has been added to my regular check list.
