The leaks between the frame and the glass is probably due to corrosion of the frames' bolt heads allowing water to seep through into the cabin...........same thing at the v-berth........combined with the eventual failure of the frames bedding this is a perennial B28 bug.....movement/weight of/on the flybridge atop only adds to the problem....perimeter caulking might slow the leaks down but won't solve them.....there's no easy fix if you want a leakless cabin with windows.....jack up the bridge:remove,repair,re-install/re-bed the frames and windows....add additional support for weight atop....
