28b cabin window removal

I have noticed some leaking on my cabin windows between the frame and the glass. I want to do a one time fix--also have noticed that in the v berth I have some brown streaking coming from the holes that access the under side of the window frames.(middle two holes) I am curious as to the best way to remove the frames(i am assuming that this is mandatory to ensure proper sealing) and what I am getting into with the water seapage near the front of the window frame bolt holes. What is the best way to seal these up---also--I would like to do this without removing my bridge---any ideas guys--thanks
