Dug: I had mine out last winter. As I recall, the frame is made up of two pieces. The outer sections (top and bottom) are screwed and sealed with putty to the bulkhead. They can be worked loose with a putty knife between the frame and bulkhead. The inner frame has screws into the edge of the bulkhead. They can be accessed after removing the outer sections. The outer halves fit over the lip of the inner section and obscure the screw heads.
