Vic,

I understand where you are coming from, but the attitude of the boat at rest places the deck scuppers mighty close to (virtually at) the water line. Part of my boat's "attitude problem" comes from (I'm told) the fact that the replacement 4-cylinder 188 HP engine results in the weight distrubution being farther aft than with the original straight-six 160 HP set-up. Anyway, I need to do something to get my scuppers more than 1/2" above the water. Not to mention that I need a winter project.
