Man, how time flies - I can remember my first post here like it was yesterday. Lotsa great friends made for life, tons of laughs, incredible amount of vital information shared. Patrick, congrats on putting this together and all of us seeing it work out to be a place that enriches so many of our lives.
Now not all here was a rose garden. Bruce's foray into the Mechanical Board, advising Blub-Liner owners that you turn the key to the RIGHT to start the motor (once he described an engine as the thing in the back of the boat that makes noise). We all watched with glee to see when he would finally blow his stack and tell them all to f**k off. I remember the day, but forget the sequence of dumb-ass questions that finally put him Postal. His farewell post was a classic.
I look now and then at some of the old websites, and the dumb asses are still there, wanting to know what a spark plug does, and why their bubble boats have these big blisters on the bottom, and do they really need to change the oil?
Anyway Ole Fart, you have created something to be proud of. And we are all proud to know you and each other.
