A friend of mine had the Blackfin, I have the 31'. Blackfin is a great boat, more room, bigger flybridge. The ride is different, though. If I had to sum it up, I would say its like comparing a sports car(the Bertram) to a luxury car(the Blackfin). The Bertram is lighter, seems to come up quicker, manuevers well while the Blackfin has a tendency to kind of, ummm, lumber a bit. Having driven both, I would say the Blackfin seems kind of "heavy" compared to the Bertram. Again, not to take away from the Blackfin, its a very nice boat, guess it depends on what your looking for, your deciding between the best of the best here in my opinion!
