No problems with it. I remove the unit from the boat after use and store in the factory box. Instructions are clear that any commercial glass cleaner will ruin the coating. I just spit on it now and then. I bought the a.c. adapter accessory with the computer cable and it's nice to be able to bring the unit home and do your routes and waypoints on the workbench. The only issue I have so far is that the radar will sometimes block the GPS signal when the radar (4KW open array) is operating on the longer ranges. The Garmin antenna is mounted below the radar antenna and off to the side. Sea Trac suggests I raise the GPS antenna about 3 feet. Radar does not seem to affect the other two GPS units with their antennas mounted in the same area as the Garmin.
