I sent you an email yesterday. Let me know if you need some help at Ocean Reef. As Doc said, there are a lot of Condos available with dockage out front for a 31 sized boat. I have two small one bedroom condos side by side, both with dockage that I rent, but there are also more through the Club Rental Program. Doc is probably there now and is, without a doubt, the nicest guy in the world, and I know would be willing to help with your plans, as would I. Let us know how we can help.
