a vacuum effect! never through of that.i would never empty the tank unless i was at least 20miles offshore.on long island the penalty is hung by the neck until dead at least down south they have the decency to shoot you.i have the head going directly (after mascerator)to tank with 11/2"pump out i guess i will bite the bullet and go for a ball valve thru hull.
