Logistics in So. Fla.

I have a 31 which (hopefully) will be finished with its restoration this week. Much of the interior has been a "complimentory" plagarism of Buddy Boy. "Miles Aweigh" is currently in Jacksonville, Fla. and I am thinking of moving it to So. Fla. so that my 18 year old senior in HS and her buddies can use it during Feb break (with a captain - any suggestions there?). They are staying in Coral Gables at a friends place. We had thought about then moving it in late March to Ocean Reef and renting a condo for 2 weeks during spring break.
2 questions:
a. any suggestions on a reasonable Miami area marina to keep it for 2-3 months
b. Is Ocean Reef private - and do I need a member sponsor to book a slip / condo. Are there any other Keys locales one should consider for a family of 4 with 17 and 18 year old daughters?
