Walter,

Try dumping cookies & history. "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Delete Cookies" then "Clear History"

Then under the Security tab, set Security to "Medium". Under the "Privacy" tab, click in "Edit", add bertram31.com and click "Allow". Close the "Edit" window. On the main "Internet Options" window, first select "Apply" then "OK".

Close all Browser windows & re-start your Broswer. Select & set your "Preferences" & post a reply here so that it updates the cookie.
